The integration of world-class educational facilities and high quality courses makes Murdoch Institute of Technology one of the leading higher education institutes in Australia.

Murdoch Institute of Technology (MIT) is an integral part of Murdoch University’s South Street Campus in Perth, sharing a building with the Murdoch Business School.  MIT provides both Australian and International students with an excellent choice of study pathways into high quality undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses at Murdoch University.

Access to the university’s academic facilities – for example Libraries, Science Laboratories and Computer Rooms; its social clubs; the opportunity to interact with students from around the world; and on-campus accommodation gives MIT students the university campus life whilst enjoying the security of a highly supportive environment.

The English Language courses give students direct entry to a range of academic programmes, from Foundation level through to Postgraduate studies, without the need to undertake an additional IELTS test.

The Murdoch University Preparation Course (MUPC) is a Foundation level course that provides successful students with guaranteed entry to most Murdoch University bachelor degree courses.  Courses such as Veterinary Science, Chiropractic, and Law are excluded from guaranteed entry.

Through one of the three Diploma Courses students can accelerate their studies and gain direct entry into the first or second year of Murdoch University’s Bachelor degree courses.

Flexible entry requirements (from Year 11 onwards), combined with our trimester system, professional teaching and support staff, and excellent teaching and learning facilities, give students their best opportunity for academic success.
