Carefully read the terms and conditions available in our brochure and complete the application form. You can download the application form and email it back to us.

 

Submit the application form and copies of any relevant documents via email to admissions@murdochinstitute.wa.edu.au

Congratulations! If your application is successful, you’ll receive a letter of offer from MIT.

To secure your place with us, you’ll need to accept your offer and make sure you pay the amount stated on the offer invoice.

Please note that for packaged offers you will accept a confirmed place at MIT and a conditional place at Murdoch University. The minimum amount as stated on the offer/invoice will include the relevant MIT fees plus a Murdoch University deposit of $500)

Upon receipt of payment/deposit a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) will be issued. You may then apply for a student visa.

An application for a student visa is lodged at an Australian Embassy or High Commission office. The visa application must be accompanied by:

  • Copy of letter of offer
  • Copy of CoE letter
  • Evidence of OSHC payment
  • Valid passport
  • Two passport photographs
  • Medical clearance
  • Visa application fee
  • Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare (CAAW) if the student is under 18 years old and not planning to live with a relative in Perth.

Student visas are granted subject to a number of conditions, particularly with regard to attendance and academic progress. It is important that you understand these conditions.
