Additional Support

In order to put your mind at rest we also have the following services/facilities to make sure that we provide the safest environment possible.

On Campus Emergency Services

There are emergency call buttons around campus and security may be contacted 24 hours per day on the internal hotline number, or from an external telephone.

Off Campus Security

An Off Campus Security Escort Service is also available upon request. This service provides secure mobile off campus escorts for both students and staff. The service will not only escort students and staff to and from car parks, but also some of the surrounding suburbs.

Lighting

A night walk system has been created and can be identified by yellow (sodium) lighting and Carparks 3 and 4 are well lit for night parking.

After Hours Access to Buildings

Most buildings on the Murdoch campus have an electronic access system. Students cannot access their classrooms after hours.
